Shift Timings will be as follows 8 AM
- 5 PM CST(Night Shift) Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, product pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to convenience store owner prospects across the US market.
- Educate prospects on how SwiftSkus technology can help optimize and grow their business operations.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative selling.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue quotas.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Ensure excellent CRM hygiene and detailed customer documentation at all times.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales experiments, new product offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
- Share market feedback and customer insights to improve sales playbooks and internal processes.
- Participate in testing and selling new product lines and strategic offerings. Required Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 10 years of experience.
- Experience handling American or Canadian clients.
- Proven experience in international outbound sales / inside sales / cold calling / B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Strong ability to handle high-volume calling with quality conversations.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with changing priorities.
- Highly coachable and open to learning current tools, strategies, and sales processes.
