- Job Title: Telecaller Company: Pratap Institute of Technology & Science Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle student and parent inquiries for our engineering college.
- The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, providing information about courses and admissions, and generating admissions through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admission opportunities.
- Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about engineering courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and campus facilities.
- Explain admission procedures and assist students in the application process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain and update inquiry and admission records using MS Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with the admission and marketing team for admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets. Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel and email.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally over calls.
