IT Operations and Data-Entry Executive (Gujarat)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations and Data-Entry Executive to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily system performance, ensuring accurate data processing, managing race-day activities, and maintaining overall operational efficiency in a agile, fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts. What You will Do:

- Handle real-time race day operations system checks, monitoring, and performance tracking
- Enter, verify & maintain accurate data related to wagering and racing
- Open/close game periods as per live schedules timing is everything!
- Communicate with on-ground teams for coordination and updates
- Log reports, support during emergencies, and escalate technical issues promptly
- Ensure all activities follow strict accuracy & compliance standards Who Should Apply:
