Role & responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy
- Define and execute the long-term enterprise application roadmap for CRM, ERP, LMS, HRMS, and related business systems.
- Design scalable, secure, and integrated architectures using API-first and middleware-driven frameworks.
- Establish technical governance, coding standards, security compliance, and platform scalability strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment
- Act as the primary technology partner for business leaders, department heads, and executive stakeholders across functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business cases, prioritize initiatives, and translate strategic objectives into technical solutions.
- Manage expectations across leadership, operations, academic/business teams, and external partners while ensuring timely communication on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive governance meetings, steering committees, and decision-making forums to align enterprise systems with business priorities.
- Ensure change management, user adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout transformation programs. Application Development & Systems Integration
- Lead hands-on development, customization, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.

- Architect and implement integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and automation tools.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between SaaS platforms and on-prem/cloud ecosystems.
- Drive application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. Engineering Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, developers.
- Foster Agile/Scrum practices, DevOps culture, and engineering excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture validations, and technical mentoring.
- Ensure collaboration between technical teams and business units for successful solution delivery. Vendor Management & External Partner Governance
- Manage relationships with software vendors, SaaS providers, implementation partners, and third-party consultants.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate deliverables, monitor SLAs, and ensure cost-effective service quality.
- Oversee external solution alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and operational goals. Product Lifecycle & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Manage project budgets, resource planning, stakeholder approvals, UAT governance, and implementation timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise applications and digital transformation outcomes. Required Technical Skills Full-Stack Development
- Advanced expertise in any one of the following technology stacks: PHP frameworks (Slim, CodeIgniter, Zend), Python, or Java
- Frontend experience with AngularJS, React or any other language.
- Ability to write, review, and deploy production-grade code Data & Database
- Expert-level MySQL knowledge
- Robust understanding of data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and reporting systems API & Integration
- RESTful API development

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in senior leadership / Practice Head / Application Management roles
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, business alignment, and enterprise governance
- Strong experience managing vendors, external partners, and internal technical teams
- PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
