ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a passionate and engaging Verbal Ability Faculty who can teach students preparing for undergraduate entrance exams and help them build strong foundations in: Reading Comprehension Vocabulary Grammar Verbal Reasoning Critical Reasoning Legal English Comprehension Communication Skills The ideal candidate should be able to simplify concepts, maintain classroom engagement, and train students strategically for competitive exams. This role is not limited to teaching alone — we are looking for someone who can mentor, motivate, and genuinely improve student performance and confidence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching & Academic Delivery Teach Verbal Ability for exams such as: CUET, IPMAT, CLAT, NPAT, SET etc Cover topics including: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary Building, Grammar, Para Jumbles, Sentence Correction, Verbal Reasoning, Critical Reasoning, Legal Reading Comprehension (for CLAT) Conduct engaging classroom sessions with strong student interaction Develop shortcuts, strategies, and exam-oriented techniques Content & Assessment Prepare and review assignments, tests, worksheets, and mock papers Evaluate student performance and provide personalised feedback Assist in creating study material, question banks, and practice exercises Help students improve speed, accuracy, and comprehension skills Student Mentorship Guide students on preparation strategy and time management Motivate students and maintain classroom discipline Support students during mock interviews, GD/WAT sessions, and communication-building activities where required Communicate student progress and concerns with the academic team WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORMust-Have Skills & Experience Strong command over English language and Verbal Ability concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior teaching experience for competitive exams, aptitude training, CLAT coaching, or English coaching preferred Ability to simplify concepts and maintain classroom engagement Passion for teaching and mentoring students Preferred Background Candidates with experience in: CLAT English & Legal RC IPMAT / CAT Verbal Ability CUET English BBA Entrance Preparation IELTS / TOEFL / SAT Verbal Training Soft Skills / Communication Training Freshers with exceptional communication skills and subject command may also be considered.
