Associate Project Manager Vadodara (HQ) ✈ Aviation | BFSI | Customer Experience | Digital Transformation Businesses today do not run only on systems. They run on communication, coordination, operational clarity, customer trust, and the ability to execute quick. At 22North by Phonon, we work with leading enterprises across Aviation and BFSI to power customer communication, servicing, notifications, engagement, and operational journeys across channels like WhatsApp, mobile, web, voice, and digital platforms. And we are looking for someone who wants to be in the middle of the action. Not just managing trackers. But understanding customer operations, solving business problems, coordinating across teams, onboarding enterprise clients, and helping drive real-world technology programs from concept to execution. This role is part of our Product Evangelists team based at our Vadodara HQ. You will work closely with customers, leadership, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding, execution, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise customers. What You’ll Do Work closely with enterprise customers across Aviation and BFSI on digital transformation and customer engagement programs Participate in customer onboarding, solution walkthroughs, operational discussions, and implementation planning Understand customer workflows, operations, business challenges, and servicing journeys Translate business discussions into structured requirement documents, workflows, trackers, execution plans, and delivery milestones Coordinate between customer stakeholders and internal product, engineering, delivery, and support teams Drive project follow-ups, timelines, escalations, execution tracking, and closures proactively Support customer adoption, change management, and ongoing operational alignment Participate in discussions around scope, prioritization, commercials, and expansion opportunities Identify opportunities where our solutions can create additional operational, servicing, or customer experience value Build strong project management discipline while remaining customer-focused and execution-oriented We Are Looking For Someone Who Is An excellent communicator
- verbally and through documentation Strong in coordination, follow-through, and execution ownership Logical and analytical with the ability to understand business processes and map them to technology solutions Comfortable interacting with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders Commercially aware and confident participating in customer-facing discussions Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Curious about customer experience, operations, and technology-led transformation Willing to learn fast and work across business, operations, and technology functions Ideal Background 3-7 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Consulting, Operations, Solutioning, or Enterprise Technology MBA / Engineering / Technology / Operations background preferred Experience in Aviation, BFSI, SaaS, Telecom, CRM, Enterprise Platforms, or Digital Transformation environments is a plus Why This Role Is Different This is not a back-office PMO role.
