Center Manager (Gujarat)

Republic of Karting is one of Western India’s leading go-karting brands, with tracks operating across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. We are currently hiring a Centre Manager for our Ahmedabad track, located on New Science City Road. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth track operations, exceptional customer experiences, and efficient team management. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the go-karting centre Lead, train, and supervise the on-ground team Ensure high standards of customer service and safety Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all track assets and equipment Maintain operational efficiency and a positive customer environment Drive a fun, seamless, and memorable karting experience for every visitor We are looking for someone who is proactive, operationally robust, customer-focused, and capable of managing a fast-paced recreational environment.
