Structural Design Engineer (Gujarat)

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle. Given our lean organizational structure, you will act as the final quality checkpoint. Your goal is to ensure that every drawing released to the shop floor is optimized for cost, ease of manufacturing, and structural safety. Key Responsibilities Team Mastery: Lead and oversee the engineering design team, taking full accountability for the accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables. Structural Analysis: Lead the design of complex PEB structures. Detailed Review: Audit and approve drawings and models created by detailing team to ensure they align with structural calculations and manufacturing capabilities. Value Engineering: Optimize designs to balance structural requirements with material efficiency, directly supporting our procurement and production KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Production team to resolve shop-floor queries and ensure nesting plans and fabrication details are executed without error. Candidate Requirements Experience: 8–10 years of core experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) design and structural steel. Education: M.Tech in Structural Engineering. STAAD.Pro: Expert/Mandatory level. AutoCAD & Tekla: Solid working knowledge and ability to review detailing.
