Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Application Developer with strong experience in building full-stack applications using GoLang, Flutter, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing front-end and back-end modules, integrating system components, deploying applications across environments, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using GoLang , Flutter , and MySQL .

Build both front-end and back-end modules with high quality and performance standards.

Integrate various components and services into a cohesive application platform.

Perform end-to-end system integration testing.

Deploy applications to UAT and production environments.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and deployment issues.

Work closely with institutional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and documentation guidelines.

Skills Required

Strong proficiency in GoLang, Flutter, MySQL

Experience in: RESTful API development and integration; Version control systems (e.g., Git); CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes; Linux-based environments; Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools is a plus.

Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Positive communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
