Experience- 3-10 years Location- Sri City Designation: ESH Manager /Safety Officer Department: Health, Safety & Workplace | Reports To: Head HRNote: Must have Aerospace or precision machinery experience Role Purpose: Own and drive the organization's Environmental, Health & Safety framework ensuring regulatory compliance, zero-harm culture, and operational risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's EHS management system aligned with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct scheduled and surprise safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments across all operational areas.
- Lead incident investigation processes using RCA methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone) and ensure timely CAPA implementation.
- Develop and deliver role-specific safety training, certifications, and awareness programs for all employee levels.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable local EHS regulations — manage all permits, filings, and regulatory submissions.
- Own emergency response planning including fire drills, evacuation procedures, spill containment, and crisis communication protocols.
- Administer hazardous materials management programs including GHS/SDS compliance, safe handling, storage, and disposal.
- Monitor workplace exposures (chemical, noise, ergonomic) through industrial hygiene assessments and enforce control measures.
- Track and report EHS KPIs (TRIR, LTIR, near-miss frequency) to leadership with trend analysis and improvement roadmaps.
- Act as the cultural champion for safety — embedding accountability, behavioural safety principles, and EHS ownership at every level of the organization. Qualifications:
