We are urgently hiring a dedicated and professional Client Service Executive to join our growing team at Payyanur. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, robust problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling corporate clients professionally. Experience Required Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Support Desk role. Prior Call Centre experience is required. Experience in handling corporate clients is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Handle client queries, complaints, and support requests professionally. Provide timely solutions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently. Maintain regular follow-ups with corporate clients. Record and track customer interactions and support activities. Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company. Requirements Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or experience in ERP software will be an added advantage. Basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹10,000.00
