About the Role We are seeking proactive and field-oriented Market Research Executives who will be responsible for conducting on-ground market research, industrial area visits, lead generation, and data mining activities. The role involves identifying potential manufacturing companies, collecting relevant business information, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team with accurate market intelligence. Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits across industrial areas and should possess strong communication and networking skills. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across industrial zones and manufacturing companies for market research activities.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Perform data mining and collect company information including contact details, decision makers, products, and manufacturing processes.
- Build and maintain updated databases of prospects and industries.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and meeting scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, research findings, and customer interactions.
- Use online platforms, industrial directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and references for lead generation.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Develop understanding of engineering software solutions and manufacturing industries. Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market research and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and industrial visits.
- Ability to interact confidently with company representatives and factory personnel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Strong observation and data collection skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned industrial regions. Eligibility Criteria
