Assistant Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain (Cold Chain / …, Taloja

Location: Taloja-Navi Mumbai Department: Supply Chain / Logistics Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager / Head – Supply Chain Job Purpose To manage and coordinate end-to-end cold chain logistics operations across India, ensuring timely delivery, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination with branches, warehouses, and third-party logistics partners. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Pan-India logistics and supply chain operations for temperature-controlled products (Chilled/Frozen category).
- Coordinate with Pan-India branches, cross-functional departments, warehouses, and third-party logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain inventory accuracy for approximately 400 tons of chilled and frozen products across Bond and Ex-Bond locations.
- Ensure compliance with logistics KPIs including:
- OTIF (On Time In Full)
- FEFO/FIFO
- Fill Rate
- GRN process
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Manage storage planning, including pallet optimization and cold room chamber utilization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations:
- FSSAI
- GST
- E-way Bills
- Customs duty processes
- Coordinate with cold chain logistics partners and maintain vendor relationships.
- Monitor warehouse performance and logistics costs.
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock audits. Candidate Profile Education
- B.Sc., BPharm Graduate (Mandatory) Experience 7–10 years (Assistant Manager) Industry Preference
