We are hiring for one of India's leading IT & consulting organizations for the position of RTR French language Role.

Summary

Record to Report (RTR) Analyst roles for French speakers involve managing end-to-end accounting processes, such as general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and financial reporting for French-speaking stakeholders. These positions often require strong proficiency in French (C1+ level), financial knowledge (B.Com/BBA).

Key Skills: Minimum 3 years of Experience in journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

French language expertise is must

Solid knowledge of RTR and accounting fundamentals Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP FI preferred) French language proficiency is mandatory. Understanding of GAAP / IFRS concepts. Ability to meet tight close timelines. Perform period-end and month-end close activities. Prepare and post journal entries. Execute balance sheet and bank reconciliations. Investigate and resolve open items. Support management reporting and variance analysis. Assist with internal and external audits.

Maintain reconciliation and close documentation.

Demonstrate solid analytical thinking to evaluate data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Exhibit excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
