Description
Role & responsibilities Plan and execute sales activities to achieve organizational sales targets and business objectives.
- Train, guide, and motivate personnel involved in the order management process to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit customers to maintain solid business relationships, understand their requirements, and enhance customer retention.
- Coordinate closely with the production planning team to ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to address customer complaints promptly and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all sales, order, and customer-related documentation complies with applicable government regulations and customer-specific requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve service performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution. Preferred candidate profile Candidate shall be a graduate or a MBA with Marketing or Operations background, preferably experienced in FMCG, Garments and Packaging industry.
