Client Relationship Manager (Kazhakkoottam)

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Client Relationship Manager to handle client interactions and ensure a smooth service experience. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships in a supportive environment with no sales targets and minimal work pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Handle client queries and provide timely support
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
- Follow up on client requests and ensure resolution
- Maintain records of client communications and updates
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction Requirements:
