Relationship Manager (Kazhakkoottam)

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Relationship Manager to maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients. This role focuses on client coordination and support, offering a no sales target and low work pressure environment, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and support
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate assistance
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution
