Property Maintenance Supervisor Kazhakkoottam

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance activities across residential and commercial properties under Handysquad Property Management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, coordinating site activities, ensuring timely completion of works, and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily property maintenance operations across multiple sites Coordinate and monitor housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works Handle client complaints and ensure quick issue resolution Assign tasks and manage field staff efficiently Conduct regular site inspections and prepare maintenance reports Ensure proper usage of tools, materials, and safety practices Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required Track attendance and performance of maintenance staff Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards Support emergency maintenance requirements when needed

Requirements Minimum 2–5 years experience in property maintenance, facility management, or site supervision Positive knowledge of basic civil, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance works Robust team handling and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple sites and staff

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
