Commis Chef (Kazhakkoottam)

Hotel Karthika Park is looking for a skilled Bakery Commis (Commis I / Commis II) to assist in daily bakery operations. The role involves preparing bakery items, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the pastry and bakery team. The position is suitable for candidates with relevant bakery skills and experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and baking of breads, pastries, and bakery products
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Support senior bakery chefs in daily operations
- Proper handling and storage of bakery ingredients Requirements
- Experience as Commis I or Commis II in a bakery or hotel
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and bakery equipment
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Salary Package ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience) Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00
