Interior Designer Kazhakkoottam

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design concepts and technical drawings for residential and commercial projects, working closely with clients, architects, and project managers from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans aligned with client briefs and budgets

Produce detailed 3D visualizations and technical drawings using 3ds Max or SketchUp

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with design vision and project scope

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed in office

Present design proposals to clients confidently and incorporate feedback through revision cycles

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

4 years of professional interior design experience

Proficiency in 3ds Max and/or SketchUp is mandatory

portfolio samples demonstrating 3D renders required

Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software for floor plans and elevations

Solid understanding of space planning principles, materials, and construction detailing

Excellent client communication, presentation, and time management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
