Job Title: Junior Web Developer Location: Chennai Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum Immediate Joiners Preferred Industry: IT Industry Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Web Developer with 2–3 years of experience in frontend and CMS-based web development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and Strapi CMS integration, along with experience in developing responsive and scalable web applications. Candidates willing to relocate to Chennai are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications and websites using modern frontend technologies.
- Build scalable and reusable UI components using Next.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with Strapi CMS and REST APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Manage and maintain CMS-driven applications and content workflows.
- Work with MySQL/database connectivity where required.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and development teams for project execution.
- Perform testing, maintenance, and regular application updates.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards. Required Skills:

- MySQL / Database Management Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Web Development.
- Experience in handling and maintaining CMS-based websites/applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, web standards, and performance optimization.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Educational Qualification:
- UG / PG in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
