Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US Healthcare RCM industry.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, healthcare providers, physician groups, hospitals, and billing companies.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and business contracts.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular business development reports and forecasts to management.
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives, ensuring team productivity and performance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, or Healthcare BPO.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare processes, medical billing, coding, AR, denial management, and RCM services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling international clients and conducting virtual sales meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. Preferred Skills
