IT Engineer (Tezpur)

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team for handling client IT support and infrastructure services. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and support for PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Multifunction Printer & Offline UPS
- OS Installation and basic software support
- Networking and system support
- Handling AMC service activities and client support
- Field visits for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Hardware & Networking
- Knowledge of PC hardware, printers, laptops, networking, and OS installation
- Basic software and troubleshooting knowledge
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for field support if required Preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple support tasks efficiently Pay: ₹15,000.00
