- 7 00 000 per annum About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Assam and the Northeast region This role requires an individual with a strong sales background in the real estate or building materials industry who can manage key relationships identify new market opportunities and deliver consistent sales performance Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects Interior Designers Builders and Dealers Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned region Identify and follow up on private and government project opportunities Conduct territory mapping application-wise segment-wise and potential-wise Plan monitor and ensure achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to inform business strategy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution Desired Candidate Profile 6-7 years of proven sales and business development experience in the real estate or building materials sector Strong network of architects contractors distributors and channel partners Excellent skills in negotiation client relationship management and strategic sales planning Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently Preferably based in Central Assam or open to relocating to Nagaon Perks Benefits Competitive Salary 6
