We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team for handling client IT support and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting and support for PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Multifunction Printer & Offline UPS OS Installation and basic software support Networking and system support Handling AMC service activities and client support Field visits for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Hardware & Networking Knowledge of PC hardware, printers, laptops, networking, and OS installation Basic software and troubleshooting knowledge Positive communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel for field support if required
Preferred Problem-solving attitude Ability to manage multiple support tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
