Social Media & Admin Executive (Tezpur)

Glo Preschool, Tezpur is a premium early learning space focused on creativity, care, and solid foundational learning. We are looking for a creative and organized candidate who can manage social media, design school materials, and support office operations. Creative & Design Work
- Design worksheets for Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG (basic tracing, matching, coloring, etc.)
- Create posters, invitations, and school creatives using Canva
- Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials
- Ensure all designs follow school branding and aesthetics Social Media
- Create and post content (photos, reels, captions) for Instagram & Facebook
- Capture daily classroom moments, events, and activities
- Basic video editing (reels) using mobile apps
- Maintain a content calendar Office/Admin
- Handle parent queries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp)
- Assist with admissions and documentation
- Maintain student records and basic data entry
- Coordinate with teachers for updates Requirements
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Assamese preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Canva (important)
- Creativity + neat design sense (very important)
