Service Engineer
- Technical Support Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of electronics machines installation, troubleshooting, training, and after-sales service technical support. machines such as BGA Rework Stations, 3D Printers, Soldering & De-soldering Equipment, and related systems. The ideal candidate should have positive technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle client support professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for machines and equipment.
- Explain machine functions, safety procedures, and maintenance processes..
- Train customers/operators on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in machines.
- Coordinate with the technical team for machine upgrades and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely response and closure of customer complaints/service calls.
- Travel for onsite installation and service support when required. Required Skills
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of electronics and industrial machines
- Ability to identify faults in electronic circuits and machines.
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
- Willingness to travel for service visits
- MS Office and basic report preparation knowledge Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
- Prior field service or machine installation experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
