Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Retail Agri-Business Correspondent-Sales Officer Position description: To monitor the activities of mapped Business Correspondent, along with generation of new business and retention of customers by providing best possible services to these customers.Primary Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing and Business Generation: Sourcing of liability business from the mapped locations. Driving various government drives initiated under PMJDY/other schemes through Business Correspondent. Generating asset leads from mapped locations. Attending asset&liability sourcing camps. 2. Relationship Building and customer support: To be in touch with Business Correspondents providing doorstep services to the dairy customers. Attending FLC camp to educate customers on banking and bank products. 3. Housekeeping and audit management: Coordination with Ops team for processing of liability AOFs, audit exception documentation.Coordination with the customers and Business Correspondents to close the various audit alerts , KYC alerts, etc. Periodic Visit to the BC location and guidance to BCs on the business and other regulatory requirement Coordination with auditors for BC spot audit. 4. Encouraging Digital products: Provide guidance to the customers on usage of banks digital products.Additional Responsibilities: Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time. Required work experience Industry: Financial Service Role: Sales Executive Years of experience: 1 to 3 Required Competencies: Basic understanding of Banking Products&Processes Good Team spirit Time / Team Management Proficient in local language Proactive&focused approach Selling and Influencing Skills Banking Product&Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Communication Knowledge of Competition&Current trends in financial Industry.
