Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales and purchase entries, GST compliance, TDS calculations, reconciliations, and maintenance of financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance, and will ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Responsibilities

Manage sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries. Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. Perform accurate sales and purchase data entry. Prepare, reconcile, and assist in filing GST returns. Calculate TDS, maintain TDS records, and perform reconciliations. Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations. Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain documentation and assist during audits. Ensure compliance with accounting, GST, and TDS regulations.

Qualifications

B.Com or M.Com. 2–5 years of accounting experience. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping practices. Proficiency with Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Skills

Attention to detail, analytical ability, and accuracy. Positive communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting.
