Role Overview : We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can own end-to-end paid marketing initiatives while actively supporting social media execution. This role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign expertise and collaborates closely with content and social media teams to ensure a seamless and high-converting marketing funnel. Key Responsibilities : 1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (Ad → Landing Page → CRM → Conversion) to maximize lead quality and conversions.
- Set up and manage tracking systems including GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and Conversion APIs.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and strong ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights using Excel/Google Sheets. 2. Automation & Integrations
- Design and implement automation workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and follow-ups using tools like Pabbly, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Integrate ad platforms, landing pages, CRM systems, and analytics tools to ensure seamless data flow and centralized reporting. 3. Social Media & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the social media team to align paid and organic strategies.
- Contribute to and support monthly content calendars based on campaign goals and marketing priorities.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, creatives, and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Support content scheduling and execution using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms (as required). 4. Insights & Growth Strategy
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, bidding strategies, and algorithm changes.
- Identify new growth opportunities, untapped audiences, and emerging platforms to scale campaigns.
- Continuously experiment and optimize for improved performance and efficiency. Requirements :
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid campaign management.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Positive understanding of audience segmentation, content formats, and user journey mapping.
- Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and automation tools (Pabbly, Zapier).
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven and performance-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, paid media, and funnel optimization. Pay: ₹35,000.00
