Telecaller (Wagle Estate)

Key Job Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Initiate cold calls, follow up on leads, and nurture prospects to gauge interest.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Convert prospects into site visits by scheduling meetings for sales agents.
- Property Information: Explain property details, including location, price, and amenities.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas for calls, leads, and site visits. Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in local languages/English.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Attributes: High energy, persuasive, and able to handle all types of calls. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month Perks:
