Description
Role Summary We are looking for a energetic and experienced Corporate Trainer to plan, design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee performance, improve productivity, and support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in learning & development, and the ability to create engaging training experiences for employees across different functions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning requirements
- Design and develop training modules, SOPs, assessments, presentations, and learning materials
- Deliver process, product, behavioral, functional, and leadership training programs
- Conduct onboarding and induction training sessions for new employees
- Manage training calendars, attendance records, feedback reports, and LMS data
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance tracking, and feedback analysis
- Monitor learning outcomes and share training reports with management
- Support employee development initiatives, coaching programs, and continuous learning culture
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to align training with business goals
- Ensure timely execution of all training activities and learning initiatives Required Skills
- Strong training delivery and facilitation skills
- Expertise in content development and instructional design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and team management abilities
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office tools
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and performance impact
- Good presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Employee Training
- Experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs preferred Key KRAs
- Training effectiveness and employee capability improvement
- Timely completion of training programs and learning initiatives
- Improvement in employee performance and productivity
- Stakeholder satisfaction and training impact measurement
- Training coverage and learning engagement Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits:
