Job Title: Creative Copywriter / Social Media Planner & Strategist Location: Thane, Maharashtra Industry: Advertising / Creative Agency Experience Required: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Copywriter, Social Media Planner & Strategist to join our advertising agency in Thane. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in advertising, campaign ideation, content strategy, copywriting, and social media planning, combined with hands-on knowledge of AI tools and prompting techniques to enhance creative output and campaign efficiency. You will be responsible for developing compelling brand communication, innovative campaign ideas, engaging social media strategies, and AI-assisted content workflows for corporate, commercial, and government projects. Key Responsibilities Creative Copywriting
- Develop engaging, original, and persuasive copy for:
- Social Media Campaigns
- Digital Ads & Performance Marketing
- Brand Campaigns
- Website Content
- Corporate & Government Communication
- Scripts, Taglines, Headlines, and Captions
- Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.
- Write compelling content aligned with campaign objectives and target audience. Social Media Planning & Strategy
- Create monthly content calendars and social media plans.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
- Research market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for campaign execution. Ideation & Campaign Development
- Generate innovative campaign ideas and creative concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for brand campaigns and pitches.
- Develop communication strategies for corporate, commercial, and government clients.
- Transform briefs into strong creative directions and actionable content plans. AI & Prompting Capabilities
- Use AI tools for:
- Creative ideation
- Content generation & refinement
- Research & strategy support
- Copy enhancement and workflow optimization
- Create effective prompts for AI platforms to improve content quality, productivity, and campaign development.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, trends, and advertising applications. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Advertising Agency / Digital Marketing / Creative Agency environment.
- Strong command of English copywriting and creative storytelling.
- Proven experience in social media strategy, planning, and content ideation.
- Excellent understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and brand communication.
- Experience handling corporate, commercial, and government communication projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Strong research, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Advertising, Mass Media, Marketing, Journalism, or Communication.
- Familiarity with content performance analytics and campaign reporting.
