Position: Placement Manager & Corporate Tie-Up Executive Company: Walkin Educate Location: Mulund, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Manager & Company Tie-Up Executive who will be responsible for building solid corporate relationships, arranging student placements, conducting placement drives, and increasing hiring opportunities for students across various industries. Key Responsibilities:- Placement Activities
- Coordinate student placements, internships, and job opportunities.
- Conduct placement drives, walk-ins, and interview scheduling.
- Guide students regarding interview preparation, resume building, and corporate communication.
- Maintain placement records, student databases, and hiring reports.
- Track placement targets and ensure maximum student placements. Company Tie-Ups
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
- Generate new corporate tie-ups for hiring, internships, workshops, and campus recruitment.
- Schedule meetings with companies for placement collaborations.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding openings and hiring requirements.
- Represent the institute during corporate meetings and networking events. Pay: ₹18,000.00
