Position: Lead- Inside Sales Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional for the position of Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive end-to-end sales coordination and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle activities within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in order management, demand and supply planning, customer coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of sales operations, production planning, and customer fulfillment activities. The candidate will play a critical role in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), end-to-end order execution, inventory monitoring, and customer relationship management, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction across Key Account Management (KAM) functions. Key Responsibilities
· Manage complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cycle and ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
· Handle end-to-end order management, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
· Perform Demand and Supply Planning in coordination with production and supply chain teams.
· Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) activities to align customer demand with production capabilities.
· Coordinate pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
· Develop and maintain strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices for key accounts.
· Coordinate with channel partners and ensure effective communication and execution.
· Monitor and control Finished Goods (FG) inventory to maintain optimum stock levels.
· Obtain customer clearances and dispatch approvals to ensure timely deliveries.
· Work closely with production, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams for order execution and shipment planning.
· Ensure effective internal stakeholder coordination across manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams.
· Drive solid process compliance across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
· Manage and execute post-order activities, ensuring timely closure and customer satisfaction.
· Track order status, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve operational issues. Preferred Qualifications Education:
· BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) OR
· Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience:
· Minimum 2–3 years in Inside Sales or in Similar domain.
· Prior experience in Manufacturing sectors preferred. Skills & Knowledge:
· Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and sales operations.
· Knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP; processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and documentation capabilities with high attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
