Position: Centre Manager Company: Walkin Educate Location: Mumbai, Mulund Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and organized Centre Manager to oversee daily branch operations, student support activities, staff coordination, and overall center management. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the center while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:- Daily Branch Operations
- Manage and supervise daily center activities and operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of classes, schedules, and administrative work.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and qualified environment within the center.
- Monitor attendance of students and staff. Student Support
- Handle student queries, concerns, and support requirements.
- Ensure students receive proper guidance regarding classes, schedules, and academic support.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Monitor student satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty, counselors, telecallers, and administrative staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular meetings and ensure proper communication among departments.
- Support staff in achieving operational and admission targets. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain student records, reports, and branch documentation.
- Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Monitor fees, inquiries, admissions, and operational activities. Branch Growth & Management
- Support marketing and promotional activities conducted by the center.
- Assist in achieving branch growth and admission targets.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed properly.
- Maintain overall branch performance and professionalism. Pay: ₹15,000.00
