Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our Marketing Team. This role focuses on developing clear, engaging, and impactful content across digital, print, and communication channels to support NELTAS’ marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to understand educational products, simplify information, and communicate effectively with schools, teachers, parents, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Write high-quality content for: Website pages Brochures, flyers, and posters Emailers and WhatsApp communication Social media posts and captions Presentations and pitch decks Write content for student-facing, teacher-facing, and school-facing communication Assist in writing content for exams, programs, workshops, and initiatives under NELTAS Marketing & Branding Support Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand messaging across all content Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with campaigns Support brand tie-ups, events, workshops, and promotional activities with relevant content Edit, proofread, and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and impact Coordinate with designers to ensure content is visually aligned Research best practices, education trends, and competitor communication Suggest new content ideas to improve engagement and reach Continuously improve content based on feedback and performance Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field Robust command over written English (simple, clear, and human language preferred) Ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Good editing, proofreading, and attention to detail Basic understanding of digital marketing and content platforms is a plus Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00
