Join our agile team as a Customer Service Representative ( Blended process
- Voice & Non Voice)supporting a prestigious US Law Firm.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter new client details into the database. Communicate professionally via email and phone with insurance companies to confirm legal representation. Set up claims by coordinating with insurance providers. Organize and file client documents systematically. Perform the back-office tasks Request and follow up on medical records from healthcare providers and insurers. Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory). Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proactive and professional approach in handling client and insurer interactions. Ability to work onsite at night shifts comfortably (US business hours). Self-motivated & hardworking professionals with a laser focus on productivity and quality.

Immediate Joining Salary : Rs.20k to Rs.25k CTC Joining Bonus Incentives (Earnings unlimited)
