- Sales Target Achievement: Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets for recent and/or used vehicles.
- Team Leadership &
- Training: Recruit, train, and mentor Relationship Managers and Sales Executives. Lead daily huddles and monitor individual manpower productivity.
- Showroom &
- Inventory Management: Maintain brand standards for showroom displays and vehicle merchandising. Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate stock, test-drive vehicles, and logistics support.
- Customer Experience (CSI/SSI): Ensure top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores. Handle high-level negotiations and professional escalations.
- Finance &
- Value-Added Services (VAS): Drive revenue through insurance, auto financing, extended warranties, and genuine accessories.
- Data Reporting &
- Marketing: Track conversion ratios, footfall, and lead-to-delivery metrics via CRM/DMS platforms. Collaborate with marketing for local promotions and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns.
