Channel Partner Manager Real Estate — Residential Project LYF — Rewa Estate, Mulund West, Mumbai Location: Mulund West, Mumbai (on-site role) | Job Type: Full-time | Experience: Open to all (freshers welcome) Compensation: ₹30,000 base salary + 0.25% commission on every closure you bring in. Top performers earn ₹1.5L+ per month. ## About the role We are the developers of LYF — Rewa Estate, a premium residential project in the heart of Mulund West, Mumbai, by Divya Jyot Projects (RERA No. P51800054575). We offer 1 BHK Studio, 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments with rooftop garden, yoga deck, gym and modern amenities. We are looking for a driven Channel Partner Manager to build and manage our broker network. You will be the bridge between our project and Mumbai's real estate broker community — onboarding new partners, training them on our project, and driving site visits and closures through them. This is a key role with direct visibility to the leadership team. If you are someone who loves networking, building relationships and closing deals, this is for you. ## What you will do
- Build and grow our channel partner network — identify, meet and onboard at least 10 new active brokers per month from Mulund and surrounding areas (Thane, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Powai).
- Train brokers on the LYF Rewa Estate project — pricing, configurations, USPs, payment plans and amenities.
- Drive broker-led site visits — schedule and coordinate at least 5 broker-driven site visits per week.
- Manage broker relationships — be the single point of contact for all brokers, handle queries, follow-ups and payouts.
- Track and report performance — daily updates of broker activity, leads received and visits scheduled in our CRM dashboard.
- Coordinate broker incentives — ensure timely payout of broker commissions on every closure, maintaining strong relationships.
- Attend industry events and broker meets to expand our network and visibility.
- Achieve monthly closure targets — minimum 2 broker-driven closures per month. ## What we are looking for
- Strong communication skills — fluent in Hindi, English and ideally Marathi.
- Network mindset — you should genuinely enjoy meeting current people and building professional relationships.
- Local Mumbai knowledge — familiarity with the Mulund / central suburbs real estate landscape is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Self-driven — able to set your own schedule, hit targets without daily micromanagement.
- Two-wheeler / car preferred — you will be meeting brokers across Mumbai.
- Real estate experience is preferred but NOT required — we are open to candidates from any sales background (insurance, banking, automobiles, B2B sales) who have the right attitude.
- Tech comfortable — should be able to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets and a basic CRM dashboard. ## What you will get
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000 + uncapped 0.25% commission on every closure.
- Realistic monthly earnings: ₹70,000 — ₹1,50,000+ for active performers (2-3 closures/month).
- Quarterly performance bonus for hitting targets.
- Petrol / travel allowance reimbursement up to ₹3,000/month.
- Direct reporting to the company owner — no middle layers, fast decision-making.

- Opportunity to grow into a Sales Head role within 12-18 months for top performers. ## Performance expectations (KRAs) We believe in transparency. Here are the exact metrics you will be measured on every month:
- 10 new active brokers onboarded per month (active = sent at least 1 lead).
- 20 broker meetings per month (5 per week).
- 5 broker-driven site visits per week.
- Minimum 2 broker-driven closures per month.
- 100% timely broker payouts (zero delays).
