Description
Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Support Executive who will be responsible for generating leads through multiple sources, making cold calls to potential clients, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business. The candidate will also manage the company’s social media presence daily, ensuring consistent engagement and lead generation through digital platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate potential leads through various sources such as online platforms, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling) to introduce company products/services.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and clients to build solid relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate client records and update lead status in CRM or Excel. Client Handling & Coordination
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product/service information.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic presentations if required.
- Follow up with existing clients for renewals, feedback, and additional requirements.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation. Social Media Handling (Daily)
- Manage and post daily content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Engage with followers and potential customers to build brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the marketing team (if applicable) to plan campaigns and promotions.
- Generate leads through social media outreach and engagement. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily call reports, lead tracking sheets, and follow-up schedules.
- Submit weekly updates on lead generation and social media performance.
- Track inquiries and ensure timely response to all client communications. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales support, telecalling, lead generation, or customer handling.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident in cold calling and handling client objections.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and content posting.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email communication).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups.
- Creative mindset for social media posting and engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Pay: ₹8,000.00
- ₹15,000.00 per month Willingness to travel:
