Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads, communicate with potential customers, and convert inquiries into enrollments/sales. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable courses/services Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns Convert inquiries into admissions/sales Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with the operations/academic team for smooth onboarding Provide excellent customer experience and resolve queries
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹22,000.00 per month
