Junior Data EngineerRole Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of data systems and pipelines. This role focuses on managing data workflows, improving data accessibility, and supporting analytical and business intelligence initiatives through reliable data infrastructure. Key responsibilities include assisting with the design and maintenance of data pipelines, preparing and transforming large datasets, monitoring data quality, and supporting database management activities. The Junior Data Engineer will work closely with analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and efficiently processed for reporting and operational needs. The role also involves troubleshooting data issues, improving workflow performance, and supporting automation and integration projects. Candidates should be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data while maintaining strong attention to detail and data integrity standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and data processing concepts. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data management and automation is preferred.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, cloud platforms, or big data technologies is considered an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities effectively.
