We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Service Engineer (Fresher OR EXPERIENCE ) to support our automation and manufacturing business. In this role, you will work closely with customers, handle technical discussions, installation support, and after‑sales service, while also contributing to sales growth and relationship building. This is a great entry‑level prospect for BE graduates who are interested in automation, industrial machines, and customer‑facing technical roles. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support:
- Assist in business development and lead generation for automation products and solutions.
- Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers.
- Coordinate with customers for site visits, demonstrations, and follow‑ups.
- Customer Service & Support:
- Provide installation guidance and basic on‑site support for automation systems.
- Handle troubleshooting and service calls for automation equipment and machines.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through timely support.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Learn and understand automation systems, controls, sensors, and machine components used in manufacturing.
- Read basic engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documents to support sales and service activities.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate between engineering, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports, service records, and CRM entries as per company practice. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Must be a BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Production / Industrial Engineering) graduate.
- (Only BE/B.Tech candidates are eligible; diploma holders are not eligible for this role.)
- Experience:
- Fresher with strong interest in automation and manufacturing.
- Training / projects / internships in automation, PLCs, sensors, or industrial machines will be an advantage.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of automation equipment, control systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and work in a field‑based environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
