- Handle and review Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement planning
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors/suppliers
- Prepare and place purchase orders (POs) based on requirements
- Track material orders from placement to final delivery
- Ensure materials are received on time and meet required specifications
- Maintain and monitor inventory/stock levels
- Initiate purchase when stock reaches reorder level / out of stock
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, stores, design)
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details
- Follow up with vendors for delivery schedules and delays Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of BOM handling and procurement process
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience in purchase order processing and tracking
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
