Job Title: Tele Collection Executive Location: Chennai Experience: Fresher / Experienced Job Description We are looking for Tele Collection Executives to handle customer follow-ups and payment collections through outbound calls. Candidate should have valuable communication skills and ability to manage collection targets professionally. Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders Follow up on overdue accounts and pending EMIs Negotiate and convince customers for payment closure Update call status and customer responses in system Maintain daily collection targets and productivity Escalate critical cases to concerned teams Ensure professional and compliant communication with customers Required Skills Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English Basic computer and Excel knowledge Strong negotiation and follow-up skills Ability to work under pressure and target environment Prior telecalling or collection experience preferred Qualification Any Degree / Diploma Freshers can also apply Salary Best in Industry + Incentives Preferred Candidates Experience in banking, NBFC, telecalling, BPO or collections Immediate joiners preferred Contact Share your resume via WhatsApp Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent Pay: ₹15,238.31
