Tele Calling Executive (Thousand Lights)

Job Title: Telecaller – Digital Marketing Services Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, introduce our digital marketing services, and schedule appointments for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to engage clients over calls. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain the importance and benefits of digital marketing services.
- Provide a brief overview of the company’s products and offerings.
- Generate interest and fix appointments for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Maintain a record of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up with interested prospects when required. Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
- Strong persuasion and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage. Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed) Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Incentives based on performance (if applicable)
