- Achieve Sales Targets Plan and execute strategies to meet monthly and yearly sales goals
- Develop Market & Business Identify new customers, appoint distributors, and expand into new areas
- Manage Sales Team Lead, train, and monitor the performance of sales executives
- Build Customer Relationships Maintain solid connections with retailers, wholesalers, and key clients
- Handle Orders & Distribution Ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery
- Monitor Market Trends Track competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences
- Pricing & Negotiation Finalize deals, manage pricing strategies, and improve profit margins
- Collections & Payments Ensure timely payment collection and manage outstanding balances
