Key Responsibilities Achieve Sales Targets

Plan and execute strategies to meet monthly and yearly sales goals Develop Market & Business

Identify new customers, appoint distributors, and expand into current areas Manage Sales Team

Lead, train, and monitor the performance of sales executives Build Customer Relationships

Maintain solid connections with retailers, wholesalers, and key clients Handle Orders & Distribution

Ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery Monitor Market Trends

Track competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences Pricing & Negotiation

Finalize deals, manage pricing strategies, and improve profit margins Collections & Payments

Ensure timely payment collection and manage outstanding balances Sales Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and analyze performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
