Operations Manager Nadathara

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of all bakery and café outlets. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards. Monitor outlet sales, expenses, wastage, and profitability. Manage outlet staff, scheduling, discipline, and performance. Conduct regular outlet visits and operational inspections. Ensure proper stock management and inventory control. Coordinate with production, purchase, HR, and accounts departments. Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Monitor attendance, manpower requirements, and staff productivity. Implement company policies and operational procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Support outlet openings, promotions, and sales improvement activities.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or retail operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple outlets effectively. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety, and customer service standards. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Skills: Experience in multi-outlet bakery or café operations. Solid organizational and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and performance.

Working Hours:

As per company policy and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
